National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC)

Two types of internships:
1. Forensic Imaging Unit, Alexandria, VA. You should very familiar withAdobe Photoshop and have some artistic talent. They will want to see samples of your drawings.
2. Branch office (Kansas City, Denver, Fort Worth are possibilities) with work relating to their DNA/CODIS registration program or their Unidentified Deceased program.

These include: Honors Internship Program, Middle Eastern Foreign Language Honors Internship Program, Volunteer Internship Programs, and National Security Internship. These internships are highly competitive, and applications must be submitted most of a year in advance (Sept. deadline for the following summer).
